Flexible hybrid work model allowing a balance between office and remote work. Strong focus on adopting and implementing new technologies.

      Cons

      Access to learning platform licenses could be improved by removing or increasing the current monthly usage limits. Internal employee referrals should be processed more efficiently to enhance the hiring experience.

      Work involves modern tech stack.

      Cons

      Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
