The staff and coworkers were friendly and helpful.
Cons
The pay is not great, and if you don't have a NJ certification it's not worth working for them. There are a lot of demands on the teachers, so every week, it seems that admin is coming up with new duties for their staff. That adds up, since teachers are already very stretched on time.
