Pros

I was a driver and it was great to work for 3-4 months at a time then come home and take a breather. Company pays for lodging and gas. You have a meal allowance. It was great being able to drive around all day and make my own hours. The company genuinely cares about you. I rode up with my manager to a site. He got pushed out to another job last minute on our last day. He reached out and management immediately got me a rental car so I could get home and covered all of it. They even put me up in a hotel room for the night because it was a 15 hour drive and they didn't want me alone driving that long.

Cons

Pay is a little low so unless you save every penny during your three months on, you'll be hurting by the time you go back out. Inconsistent schedule on when you're out meaning it's difficult to keep a "landing place" for when you're off. You're expected to work 7 days a week. You CAN request a day or two off every two weeks. All in all, not a bad gig though. Great for single people with no family.

Pros

Flexible hrs, freedom of work, work whenever you want, don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to.

Cons

No vacation, no communication during the day, crappy pay for extremely repetitive work, it's is literally the same thing day in day out over and over, your lucky if even one person would look at the chat to help you with a problem. A lot of "figure it out on your own". I was recently let go, well I think I was, no one told me anything just locked me out of the program with no warning one day as I was doing my work, no message, no email???? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ILOOKABOUT I had so many good things to tell ppl about this company but I will be taking it all back after how myself and fellow employees have been treated this past week. You should all be ashamed and embarrassed how you whent about in "firing" crap, if you could even call it that, pathetic excuse for a let go in my eyes. So everyone just know, you get a crash course on how the program works, good luck trying to get anybody to help you with anything, good luck trying to talk to anybody about anything, good luck trying to get the programs to work on a daily basis because they're cheap and they crash all the time, and if the program crashes guess what it's your problem not theirs you don't get paid for their program not working and it happens a lot, sometimes it's for an hour sometimes it's for a couple days, still no pay from them that's your problem......
