Pros
It is a large company that is very well-known in the media/communications industry. Very good training for the account executives and lots of clients are already aware of the Clear Channel brand. Very good on your resume and great opportunity to get free tickets to concerts and music events. Very fun, young and energetic environment, great first job out of college. Very good company for networking in the communications industry as well.
Cons
Big downside is the compensation package which is based on level of experience and list of clients you can bring to Clear Channel. Just be careful when looking at the compensation package, especially if it is heavily commission-based, which is very risky if you don't have an extensive list of clients and loyal buyers.
