You'll never get a raise here - they say there's no budget but then hire director level people They only look out for people who are higher up short term hires to help them make a profit if the business sells There isn't actual longterm investments made and the product suffers The company is really spread out and they don't take team building seriously unless it's for the executive or sales team wanting a vacation If you want to get hired here make sure you negotiate the highest salary possible because you will never get more than an inflation raise here There aren't any formal processes (ironically for a process management software) so you never know what is actually expected or what you can expect from people There is a low bar for professionalism in the workplace
