Pros
Salary is good like there are incentives also plus if you have good communication skills then you can even get a high salary ( around 1 lakh per month) . There are multiple processes.
Cons
For promotion I have seen like you'll have to make bonds & take part in some fun Friday even if you're not working efficiently . A person who works hard & is an introvert won't be considered. That's true for every place I guess so it's not a con.
