Pros

- Housing/meals provided - As a lead doing overnight, basically 40-50% of your hours count as overtime (in California) - Almost guaranteed scheduling for the full summer compared to non-leads

Cons

- Most likely minimum wage or minimum wage + 1 per hour - 61 hours a week is a lot of time to deal with kids, especially when you will be sleeping in the same dorm halls

Pros

Students are amazing Pre-made Curricula Toxic Managers

Cons

Curricula is bad and only supports beginner students forcing you to spend far more than your allotted prep time to prepare for your students. Pay is bad, instructors do most of the work, but get less than 1/4th the amount a student pays for an hour.
