Great place to work years ago. Somewhat laid back.
Cons
Stopped giving bonuses for good numbers. Bad employees are not dealt with. Good employees are not rewarded. Some managers don't listen or care, don't know how bad things get, but still tell the bosses "everything is fine" and expect workers to come in on the weekends. Multiple positions remain unfilled, but they have workers doing double or triple duties to make up for it. All requests must go through a Google Docs form that is usually ignored by management and HR. HR does its best to protect the company from the employees and constantly refers workers to find answers to their questions in the employee handbook they were given when hired.
