I work in the data and analytics department and have excellent managers who foster learning above all else. I've gotten to work on many different projects across the organization allowing me to practice skills like python, AI, SQL, Tableau, and Prefect among others. Everyone on the team gets along well and goals are communicated clearly. My projects have given me visibility to many MDs and executives who love hearing about our work.

The path to promotion at iCapital is more difficult than I've experienced at other companies. They value tenure equal/above performance.
