Pros

I have been working here for quite a few years. In my time at iCIMS, I've tackled many new projects and initiatives which has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. It's not always easy - but what comes with seeing through many of the challenges has been rewarding. I've learned a ton. When new ideas are thoroughly presented to leadership, it's often possible to implement them and make a direct impact on the business. Having come from an organization that had a lot of red tape and layers, I appreciate the ability to have a direct impact on the progress of the company. It's been this way since I started five years ago. The company is very generous with its benefits - which has been huge for me. When comparing benefits packages with friends - I'm amazed at how lucky I am to have the options I have. Also - the 401k is pretty nice. Love that I can save for retirement and there's a match. I'm not sure 401k matches are common anymore. Also, I get to work alongside a lot of people who are very proud of their work and our company. While we've been around for a while - I can't help but feel like something exciting and new is always around the corner. I'm honored to be a part of the journey.

Cons

Work life balance is improving - but can be a little tough at times. While no one is requiring late nights - the self imposed pressure to achieve what's ahead can drive long hours at times. However, if this pressure didn't exist, I'd probably have boredom as the Con. I'd take a little pressure over boredom any day.

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
