9yThanks for your review and we hope that you enjoyed your time with us. We appreciate you highlighting our team-oriented atmosphere, which we strive to maintain as we grow. As for taking on a bit more of a corporate feel of late through our implementation of ticketing systems, we see this as a natural part of any company’s growth from startup to major industry player. Ticketing systems help us better track and manage requests in the interest of staying organized, but they are not intended to diminish our friendly atmosphere in any way, as our employees still collaborate on projects before and after submitting tickets that require further discussion.
