Thanks for taking the time to share this. I’m really sorry to hear that your experience at iBec didn’t feel supportive or fair—that’s never what we want for anyone on our team.
While receiving criticism is always difficult, your feedback is valuable. It reminds us how important it is to stay aligned in our intentions and our impact, and to continue evolving in how we support our team.
Over the past year, we’ve made a number of changes our team is proud of—rolling out EOS to bring more clarity and structure, piloting an Early Friday work week to support better balance, and putting more intention behind how we handle compensation, team dynamics, and communication. These efforts reflect our commitment to creating a workplace that people feel good about being part of.
We believe in fostering a culture that’s positive—but not at the expense of honesty or listening. We care deeply about our people and are committed to making iBec a place where both individuals and the company can grow. Thank you for being part of our story, and I genuinely wish you the very best moving forward.
