Rotten Operation - Anonymous employee iBasis Employee Review

Similar to any company, iBasis had both pros and cons but unfortunately anything positive was quickly destroyed when Feddo Hazewindus joined as CEO, two years ago. There was a review on here earlier that was spot on but has since been removed. Hazewindus joined iBasis as CEO with no relevant experience and zero decency or compassion for the employees. In his 2 short years he has managed to demolish all that was good about iBasis: Culture Value Innovation Product enhancement Under Hazewindus “leadership”, iBasis is a shell of its former self. At one point there was a caring HR team, but Hazewindus destroyed that as well. Shame on you, Feddo Hazewindus
