Great location and is open 24hours

Cons

The management is horrible.This company lies to their customers and employees and only like puppets and in result every customer is upset so they leave horrible reviews too.they do not offer any incentive but fake compliments they disclose employee personal information.a lot of office politics and favoritism.the trainer used to flirt with everyone including interviews and past employees.no structure they make up rules as they go along.fire people when they see fit.no valid explanations for warnings or schedule change.schedule is last minute no accommodations and they don't like experienced workers because they know that they will see its not a legit contact center.horrible training and unqualified management they gossips and plans how to get rid of people.it's just horrible. I don't recommend to anyone to work there.workers union alert.

None, I wouldn't recommend working at this company to my worst enemy.

Cons

The company is privately owned and run by narcistic, ceo who treats, employees, clients, and customers as disposable. The company is circling the toilet and has an ever revolving door of senior leadership.
