My interview process at i2c Inc. started with an assessment round that included technical MCQs on OOP, DBMS, OS, DSA, SQL, and analytical questions, along with an essay-writing section to evaluate communication and problem-solving skills. After clearing the assessment, I went through a technical interview focused mainly on my projects, CS fundamentals, database concepts, object-oriented programming, and practical problem-solving, where the interviewers asked detailed questions about architecture, implementation decisions, and debugging approaches. The final stage was a managerial/team discussion that evaluated communication, teamwork, attitude, pressure handling, and career goals before moving toward the hiring decision.
