Very good product, great team, have seen rapid growth and it doesn't look like slowing down with new Series C investment and expanding into new locations across the globe. Lots of potential here over the coming years to grow in your career and make a lot of ££.

Start up / scale up challenges you would expect. Lots of systems and scaleable processes still to be developed however it is getting better just need more alignment on a few things.
Some really good, friendly people. Office in Munich is nice.

Constant change in direction without any clear vision. Too many people that act like they are a celebrity and know everything but in reality contribute very little. Turnover rate is getting higher and higher
