      There is no schedule. You have to use time off in order to ensure a weekend or holiday off.

      The leadership withing the company was always professional, kind, and down to earth. The overall culture was excellent.

      At the mercy of global energy markets. When times were tough they cut hours/benefits to stay solvent. (understandable)
