-Flexible Schedule -You get the opportunity to help people and really feel "Needed" -Coaching, Support, and Help whenever you take the time to ask -Coaches are there to hold you accountable for your goals -You are put on a team and everyone was very nice! -No income caps -Higher than market average commission percentages -Biweekly pay schedule -Benefits
Cons
-You will have good and bad months which can be emotionally/mentally difficult but it's just part of a commission based role -Must do a lot of cold calling in the beginning but they were very upfront about that -No focus on diversity/inclusion
