Great guests and fun coworkers. Great employee discount and fun events.
Cons
Incredibly low pay, corporate’s lack of communication when they decide to start taking away benefits, reducing hours and pay for field employees, forcing us to cut hours that are already cut from last year because they need to “save money”, high school drama-esque 45+ year old colleagues, TBTLs telling new store managers who to like and who not to like, bad environment overall.
