Upper Management horrors - Anonymous employee francesca's Employee Review

District 34 is going through excessive and un- necessary changes due to new DM. The district has gone from having high respect from not only those inside the company but from other retailers as well to now being known for nothing except poaching mass amounts of employees and not promoting any from within. It has become a hostile environment which has driven out a majority of well respected and talented employees throughout the district, as well as harassment, slander, and disregard of not only company policies but company budget to support the DM's personal agenda and alliances. Its a shame to see a once professional and successful area, fall in such a hard and destroying way that makes it difficult for any persons to even consider taking part in or supporting such unimaginable actions, and that upper management would allow such going ons at the cost of the image and reputation of the company name.
