Cons
- Absolutely NO communication with Regional Managers. I could barely ever get her to return my calls. The same with corporate - but do something wrong and they'll call you no-stop. - Almost incompetent Area Manager. Loved to go on about the wonderful things going on in the business, but could not understand basic business questions or principals. - Completely catty store staff. There was non stop gossip and a lot of inappropriate attire. When I coached someone, they would retaliate against me through the "anonymous complaint line." - As a manager I was not able to really make crucial decisions. I had an employee who needed to be let go, but by the time I could finally get a hold of my Regional Manager she told me to cut her hours to get her to quit. - The company can't keep up with how fast they are trying to grow. All they are concerned about is profit - but they don't seem to realize that the Store Manager's need more support and payroll hours. The work/life balance if you don't have a desk job is a joke.
