      Pros

      Work directly with the latest fashion. You also have a great opportunity to learn about the industry, how they operate and about the merchandise. Employees also gain relationships with customers.

      Cons

      It is hard to grow into a higher position in this boutique. Francesca's does not really hire within the industry. If you are a boutique associate, it is hard to maintain a consistent schedule.

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
