      Pros

      - participates in community outreach - ability to move up in company (if you suck up to upper management) - good discounts and bonuses for making numbers. - communication between management is for the most part pretty open

      Cons

      - manager of my district is not the brightest and very condescending - pay is not enough for the work required of in-store employees - hours for boutique key holders and associates is minimal

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
