Pros
-cute clothing/jewelry/trinkets -30% discount -usually every store is nicely organized and the back room is organized also -has nice interior
Cons
-management can be shady -management is unorganized, didn't communicate with ABM or KH -they don't really care who they hire, they hire just to have people in the store -super high turnover rate for KH and BA (Key Holder) (Boutique Associate) -the "Francesca's Promise" is insane and super annoying...it's basically a script with lines that you have to say (in order) to EVERY customer. BA: "Hi welcome in! (Insert fake compliment on customers outfit" C: "oh thank you!" BA: "well my name is _____, what's your name?" C: "(insert name)" BA: "alright ____, what are you shopping for today?" C: "I'm just looking around." BA: "well let me show you this necklace, isn't it cute? Oh and this dress, and this blouse and shirtandpantsandshoesandcoffeemugandcandle" C: "oh I'm fine I'm just looking" BA: "here let me start you a fitting room with this dress I picked out, you just have to try it on it'll be so cute!!" By then the customer is so annoyed and really just came in to look around. Every encounter is unoriginal and fake. Constantly had complaints about how no one wants to come into the store anymore because the employees talk too much. My KH always encouraged us to be ourselves and have genuine convos/greetings instead of the "promise"...therefore we had happier customers and always made day.
