Pros

Unlimited leave and WFH policy

Cons

- Direction and product roadmap are unclear. Everything seems to be driven by what the sales has committed rather than the decent roadmap. - Product is not ready to be launched but was pushed to GA , very buggy and instability. - System stability and readiness are still the main questions. - The founder and management did not seem to have experience driving the successful startup. - High turnover. With the structure unclear and doggy roadmap leading to those experience people leaving the company. - Turnovers were replaced by Indian consultants

Pros

Accessible leadership: The flat hierarchy is genuine; it’s very easy to approach the C-suite and have your voice heard. Strong team camaraderie: Despite a high-pressure environment, the colleagues are lovely and there is a very strong sense of mutual support. Lunch perks: Helpful for the 4-day in-office schedule (inconsistently mandated) Generous leave policy: Theoretically unlimited leave although the fast-paced nature of the business makes it tricky to find a "quiet" time to use it.

Cons

Strategic fluctuations: The product roadmap tends to shift significantly every few weeks. This frequency of pivoting makes it difficult to see projects through to completion or measure long-term impact. Complex internal politics: There are often "invisible" cross-departmental tensions and political undercurrents that can be challenging to navigate for those focused on execution. Decision-making bottlenecks: Important product decisions are frequently influenced by stakeholders from various departments who may lack the specific context, leading to a "too many cooks" situation and misaligned priorities at the executive level.
