Pros
A very friendly and open organisation happy to give people a chance. Plenty of friendly conversation to be had and a dog day every friday. There are also regular employee outings and team building events which are a welcome plus.
Cons
Their offices are based out of a warehouse building on farmland retrofitted to be an office. Which is a necessity for the operation of the yard, but it is nigh impossible to reach without a car and sketchy even then being down unlit country lanes making it quite inconvenient for any entry level or junior roles. The office itself is also an open plan fairly small office consisting of a handful of rooms, meaning it can be loud, overstimulating and feel overcrowded at times or as if your screen is constantly being watched.
