Our team. I work with some of the most dedicated, hard-working, passionate creatives I’ve ever encountered. In an agency environment, we’re completely interdependent on each other and ours is a meritocratic culture for certain. Management is very responsive in promoting those that excel in their position. We have a campus… office space is fantastic (great decor and on-site fitness room), logistics center is multi-purpose (including ping-pong & yoga), and our Viridescent building (Passive House showcasing contemporary design) houses our creative dept.

More traditional schedule and less flexibility here than I’ve encountered in other shops. You really need to be comfortable taking initiative; self-starters are more successful in this fast-paced environment.
