      Pros

      They're trying to good things, I guess.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to run a company, and thinks handshakes and jokes are their best tools even though they're usually unprofessional and not funny. The directors are all over the place, and completely out of her element. Running around and always acting busy, but no one knows what is actually being done. Shouldn't have accepted the job as even the interview was a cluster. Trust your gut next time!

      Pros

      The ElMindA team is comprised of multi-disciplinary super stars. They're all extremely hard working, talented within their domains and first rate collaborators. If you're looking for an environment where you can make an impact, your ideas will be heard and implemented look no further than ElMindA.

      Cons

      Working at a startup is not for everyone because it means long hours, a lot of responsibility and accountability. The upside is huge for those willing to put in the effort.
