- mircro management. HR counts every breaks. - for management and HR, people who come late in morning and staying till late are working more than people who come and leave on time. - don't get to learn much as senior developer won't help you or motivate you on trying or learning new things. - always in tight deadlines so, expect you to work 24/7. Calls anytime and anywhere, if you are in hospital also they expect you to fix a bug on priority bases. - management and HR will only listen to one person and will not be in your favour. - if you give your blood and sweat to the project nobody is ever going to appreciate you especially if you're from a backed team. -there are no project team exist. There are front end and back-end team. - highly not recommended to join as backend developer. - always finds a way to cut your pay. - won't take your reviews/view if you're going to resign - won't get release documents on time after multiple follow ups. -JUST CARE ABOUT ONE PERSON IN THE COMPANY. NO OTHER EMPLOYEE IS IMPORTANT FOR THEM.
