A student and part of the Management Team - Student and Part of Management Team eiTRA Employee Review

Based on my true experience: 1) The Head of eiTRA a business minded person. eiTRA works only for making money. And the sad part is the head takes pride in what they are doing. 2) No Infrastructure. 3) No management team. 4) Very low level employees and assistant lecturers. Poor in skills and Knowledge. 5) Very bad Canteen 6) No team. In any organisation, you need team work to effectively build it up. But here, everyone is concerned with their own self profit. 7) False Promises.
