There is no proper organizational structure. Lack of employee motivation. Career growth is very slow in both means i.e salary package and learning new things, tools and implementing it. Hike percentage is low, And if you ask for a better percentage. They will have a standard dialogue that "this is the best industry standard salary we are offering". Without know the real industry standards I also accept the same. Recently when I read their blog on digital marketing job where they have mentioned about the digital markeitng salaries in india currently in this industry. Designation: DM exe : 1.5 -3lakhs, DM specialist: 2- 4 lakhs, DM team Leader: 2.5 - 5 lakhs, DM strategist: 4 - 8 lakhs, DM Manager: 8 - 25 lakhs I was really shocked to see those figures. They didn't even pay somewhere close to this accordingly. I m sure even now Experienced Strategist would have not touched 4 lakhs by now nor the Manager or Team leader would have touched the min range offered in the industry now. Not allowed to wear footwear inside Proper system up-gradation is not done HR System is not proper They don't provide proper payslip, no PF benefits. They deduct some money in the name of retention bonus and will give it only after completing a year. Recognition of work is moderate So stingy when it comes to spending money for employees. Ex: no snacks, for extra coffee you have to pay, no proper travel allowance to attend client meeting, They expect employees to use internet and make social post updates but they wont provide Net allowance. They expect employees to use the personal mobile to make client calls but they wont provide Mobile recharge allowance
