      Pros

      The people I work with are fun, intelligent and hard-working. The senior management team is good, fair, approachable and consistent. The company consistently makes money and is NEVER in financial jeopardy.

      Cons

      Not all senior management leaders are aligned or put the organization ahead of their desires to build a personal empire. The past 1.5 years were a struggle due to an acquisition, but we are finally getting back to who we are - with a plan to evolve into something better.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
