Pros
The employees is what makes it
Cons
The company are not how they come off. They pride themselves on "by patients for patients" but they're just like most other companies - they don't really care. If you analyse the company for long enough you'll see a lot of non compliance and the TGA will soon catch up to them. They claim they're all these good things but they don't really care about their employees that much and they definitely do not align with the values they portray. They don't care about your illness and they do not care about diversity in the workplace. So many people have quit. Not worth your time or energy. Unless you were already great mates with some of the original crew from the very start and or they reaaaally like you - you are almost guaranteed to not be able to grow in the company. It gives millennial nepotism and it's icky
