Competitive splits, agent ownership through stock purchase program and incentives, great leadership at the national level. No franchise fee. All agents receive lead producing websites.
Cons
As the company grows, policies are still being defined. Sometimes this leads to some grievances amongst the agents. I think they are just growing pains.
