The employees are great. Though be careful who you trust. There are some that will stab you in the back. Be careful who you trust
Cons
Management pick from only certain ethnic backgrounds. They will avoid hiring people from the subcontinent and surprisingly even Middle East countries. Even though the Management are from the Middle East. Management gives no Direction and border on psychopathic tendencies. The Russo Baltic senior management do not know how to manage people.
