Worst Company to work with - Business Development Manager eShiksa Employee Review

I have experienced it as one of the most unstructured an organisation.They do not have any fixed values of their own in terms of employee management and paying their salaries as committed but they might not even pay salary which is minimal.They may put pressure on you to achieve non committed targets and hold your salary which is basic.Do make yourself firm enough and also be ready to go for legal proceedings if required. This is my viewpoint.I would like to hear something good from others.One of the most important thing is that they do not make you agree their terms and conditions in writing before you join.

Be cautious. Don't get cheated.

There is not any single pros about this organisation. Owner himself works in another organization (Atom) in Mumbai.

Fake promise, salary takes time to reflect in account morethan 45 days. From first month they start deduction in your Salary in the name of performing.
