Cons
1. No overtime payments 2. Very less yearly increments and some years nothing at all 3. Managers and team leaders do whatever they wish, does very little work themselves and take no feedbacks from other team members. 4. No transportation 5. No cafeteria 6. Company is focus on only on sales people, as a product based company there is no focus on improving it and using back dated technologies. 7. No learning opportunities 8. No moral boost for the employee, the upper management focus is to sell the company.
