1. I'm heard out with my views on any discussion I participate in with the senior management who listen out with all their employees 2. I've had 2 appraisals in the past year due to my efforts which have been highly appreciated - who does that these days? I love this extended family 3. Senior Team members are a great driving force enhancing all employee efficiency 4. Our founder cum ceo is a great mentor and is always there for us 5. Good growth potential here as long as you are ready to give in your best! 6. Salary comes in before due dates which is GREAT!

1. Sometimes project related discussions take a bit of time for approvals

Startup, founder driven and open to new ideas and learning. My experience of working with ePaisa and its founders have been amazing ad there has been so much to learn from the hands-on team. It's a great work environment and open to learn and upgrade.

Start-up so resources are limited and if you are not committed, or not willing to learn and put in your best there is no space for you. Health Insurance - but I am being told it is in the offing.
