It's barely above minimum wage. -Customers and fellow partners will act as your 2nd boss and will pull you out of your normal workflow if they demand it resulting you stacking up your workload. -Your leaves won't be respected by customers as you can be directly contacted by them. -No system. You'll have to personally follow up on things to get it done. Really informal and old way for an ICT company. -Non-existent formal training.
