Pros
- 100% employer paid employee AND FAMILY health insurance. - Start with 4 weeks PTO plus all Holidays, 2 Floating Holidays, and 2 Volunteer days; after 2 years of service 5 weeks of PTO - 100% virtual/remote - Great management - Great employees
Cons
- They could pay more, but so could the rest of corporate America since the 1970's (thanks for that Milton). - Lots of millennials who know everything and have no idea how good they have it, but their arrogance/ignorance is modest compared to lawyers/politicians.
