Pros
Great people, open communication, endless budget from Guardian Insurance.
Cons
CEO will fire people for no reason. He talks behind everyone's back, makes decisions in seconds without any care, and most importantly thinks the product sells itself. He has derogatory terms for the women he hires and his developers. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't work their anymore.
