      Pros

      I work with the best and brightest! There's a lot of flexibility in terms of WFH. Tons of PTO and a lot of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      After the Fidelity acquisition the company culture shifted a bit. The company is also growing a bit too fast- development is struggling to keep up with customer demands.

      Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

      Cons

      Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
