Cons
The Job is really what you make of it. It is a job, where you will have a lot of opportunity for growth, if you capitalize on it. If you come in and choose to skate by, you can expect to have a significantly worse overall experience, both in being assigned tasks you did not learn, or will lose work-life balance in order to stay afloat. That being said, if you get this job, and choose to use it to better yourself, It is a great opportunity. As expected in an IT Support role, there are rotating weekly On-Call weeks (about 1 week every 1.5 months), but the business is staffed most hours of the week and weekend, so it is not as big of an issue as you may think.
