Cons
There are area where ever company can improve. eLynx is no different, but another area where they excel is in soliciting feedback from employee's on where they feel the company is falling short. In my role, a con was that the reporting frame work was very hard understand. It's complex and that means a sharp learning curve. They also have developed a lot of features for the site (it's been around for 20 yrs now) some of which have not been well maintained or integrated well into the product as it's evolved. Most of the cons are 'product' related. I think that eLynx has done a much better job than most companies at organizing and managing their core processes well. That means you know what to expect and what's expected of you.
