This is the company version of the book “The Emperor’s New Cloths” all this new upper management slapping each other on the back for a job well done when the true worker the sales staff is run into the ground, with less and less pay. No one listens to the little guy here. They work you like a dog with dog droppings for true leads. How do you skirt a federal law? Hire off shore company’s to harass the elderly and transfer them to you so you can claim, YOU DIDN’T CALL, cause legally we can’t do what over seas call centers get away with. They pay companies money to never stop calling the elderly, even over and over again in one day. The customers complain daily they are getting 15-20 calls a day.
