- not very competitive benefits - if onsite, location is in East Brunswick and tough for public transport

I worked in eGrove Systems for 2 years. I joined and I was given full opportunity to explore in my area. Managers are too friendly and all employees are treated so well. They follow flexible timings and no restrictions on in and out time. They just check for the productivity without adding pressure to the employees. Employees are appreciated with a yearly appraisals and other benefits. The work environment is so cool and very professional without any politics.
