Pros

Every workplace has some +ve and some -ve. Edynamic is no different. It has its own pros and cons. But if you weight them and analyze them properly, you will really find it as a good working place. Good Things about Edynamic: ----------------------------------- 1. Good salary: No doubt about that. In general, new comer as well as old employees, both have competent salaries , if compared with Delhi-NCR market. 2.Appraisals: Edynamic offers good increment percentage to it’s performers. 3.Heaven for freshers or less experience people: Edynamic has too much for a fresher. I really dream if that kind of stuff was available to me in my early stage of carrier. Latest technology exposure, some serious mentor ship, career accelerated growth programs, webinars, many more etc. It's a great investment! 4. Great leadership: Edynamic has a great CEO who is really cool! There are good channels by which he regularly communicates and connects to each employee in the organization. And this is both ways. I have not found a single person who says that he/she hesitates in communicating to him. 5. A developing organization: Edynamic is in a phase to become a great organization in future if guided properly and things are implemented accordingly. People at Edynamic are provided opportunities to do lots of different stuff that would be useful for upcoming change in digital world. So good time to learn and grow with Edynamic.

• Work life balance depends on the project. • Lack of transparency when it comes to onsite opportunities • Process could be improved in the individual projects

Exposure to a group of high-profile clients with a wide variety of projects. The company places significant responsibility on individuals to deliver during client engagements.

Cons

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
