Pros
The people are very nice. It was always fun to catch up during the lunch hour and have a laugh. They are also patient and willing to work with you to meet the page targets. Also, they are very lenient with giving time off.
Cons
Meeting page targets could be difficult. They have a certain number of pages you need to type per hour. I was fine with it because I am a naturally quick typer but I know it was difficult for some people. There is also limited flexibility with hybrid work. From my understanding, they only allow you to WFH if you have worked at the company for some time.
