No work life balance - Software Engineer eClinicalWorks Employee Review

Rude behavior by seniors if we little late in morning even if we generally stretch working hours in evening due to unnecessary meeting with US person. Comparing new joiner working timeline with other who is working for more than 5 years . Too much micromanagement. No freedom at work , asking for update every 30-40 minutes. Long working hours. Sprint planning is just the name of meeting. Every day work allotted and expecting to complete within half day. Funny thing is we have to inform early probably 1-2 days if we want to log off on time. Due to this reason we can't take decision for our personal planning.
