Founders are very family oriented and treat all employees as family. - Get tonnes to learn about US healthcare IT. - Decent benefits. - Good work hours but tonnes of targets.
Cons
- Operations work culture and management style was horrible. - The Strategy management team director(oldest employee in operations) in private practices was a micromanager, moody, weird and dumb. - The COO has a rage issue, gets mad on the drop of a hat, humiliates people publically and is a narcissist. Though he is a nice guy at heart and is always helpful. - Is abundant in Politics, favoritism and groupism. - 90% Indians in all teams. No fair representation of other ethnicities. - Snail's pace in growth.
